how to treat pimples

About Me

Emily

My name is Carol Palm, 33 years old, and I would like to share with you about my awful experience with pimples and how, after trying the wrong and unnecessarily expensive methods, I came to discover easy, cheap, and natural ways of treating pimples.

Pimples and acne are quite annoying, whether they grow during or after puberty. I know they are because I once suffered from the battering experience of having pimples and black spots “chronically” planted on my face. Sometimes, people began laughing at me since the pimples had simply ‘refused’ to go, and I thought as if I was not fit for the society, being marginalized, you know? You too may be experiencing such a disappointment, and that is why I believe my story can be your rescue.

From popular advice, and my sparse knowledge then, I began using expensive skin care creams I procured over the counter. At first, I was hopeful they would yield results fast, but that was not to be. After spending a lot of money buying different creams (that advertisers had falsely noted of great and impressive results in record short time), and long hours indoors waiting for the promised change and the fear of being see as different or sick and worse, being laughed at, I discovered that my efforts and hopes on those creams were in vain. Instead of healing from the menace and getting my face smooth again, I found that there were blemishes and spots left on my face, besides other new pimples growing despite my religious application of the creams, making it appear worse than before every time I stood before the mirror.

That is the moment I began thinking outside the box.

Reading books and magazines about health and fitness, sleuthing the internet like a gumshoe, consulting with other guys who had been around the block. All that, plus more, I did in search of the most appropriate advice and tips on how to remove acne. And believe you me, my tireless search for new and more effective ways to fight the blemishes did not disappoint. As such, I here down share with you a few products that I found of great help in the removal of acne. I tried them, and I can today use them again, or recommend to anybody who suffers from acne. In fact, no single individual who used these products before can say a word against them. They can only sing loud praise. They are simple everyday things not just in my life, but also yours, which can be easily overlooked, yet they are highly effective in the removal of the annoying looks acne besets upon your face.

1. Lemon Juice

Online sources and books on health informed me about the importance of lemon juice in eradicating pimples. Lemon contains natural astringent and antibacterial properties that are impressively effective in clearing up the skin. Applying the lemon juice directly on the skin and letting it for nearly an hour severally gave me a great change.

2. Apple Cider Vinegar

Just like lemon juice, apple cider vinegar is rich in antibacterial properties and also antifungal properties. Apple cider vinegar, however, is quite powerful, so you have to dilute it before using it for the first time. You ought to apply just a small amount of the diluted vinegar to your blemished skin. For the best results, ensure you select the pure and undiluted vinegar.

3. Garlic

Garlic is widely known for its many health related properties, and making your skin free from acne and pimples is no exception. Besides having many antibacterial properties acquired when you eat it, garlic has admirable effects when applied to the skin directly. To use, thinly slice a clove of it, then rub it and the oozing juice on your skin, staying keener on the affected areas, and let it stay for 30 minutes. The smell of raw garlic may be a little bit hard to put up with, but the results of using it are a perfect reward to your perseverance of it. Sometimes there is no gain without pain. But this is just a small price to pay. I did it, why not you?

4. Water

However simple it may seem, it honestly works. Drinking ten, twelve glasses of water daily does flush out most impurities in your body, leaving you without any acne causing bacteria. You can also use boiled water where you soak a towel in and place it on the affected area, by which the steam helps open the pores and flush out the impurities in your skin.

5. Papaya

Papaya is a very common and effective ingredient in acne treatments. It is mostly used in high-end skin products. But you do not have to spend too much to get the advantages of papaya for your affected skin. Just mash up the papaya flesh to make a paste that is even in texture, and then apply it upon your skin. Let it there for half hour, then rinse. Repeat a few more days, and acne will be gone.

What I know is there are myriad more natural and effective treatment tips on how to treat pimples, so these are just some of the top ways to get it done right—and have a smooth skin, one without any pimples or other blemishes. Thanks to these natural remedies, I keep a smooth, soft, and blemish free skin.
